Shipping Policy

Processing Time

 

Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order to ship. You will receive a notification via email or text message when your order is ships out.

 

-1 to10 business days (products are printed at 3rd party company)

 

Shipping

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct before you submit your order. Once the order has been shipped, the address cannot be changed. Danettebrown.com is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address inputted by the buyer.

 

We package and ship your order as soon as possible. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes. Cancellations, or modifications to an order after it has been placed. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process.

 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Danettebrown.com cannot be held responsible for condition beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

 

If your package is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will be happy to resend, But you must recover the reshipment cost. Because each item is printed to order, you are not eligible for a refund for a shipment returned to sender unless the order is damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund a replacement is not available.

Return & Exchange Policy

Every product is printed to order from partner facilities in locations across the globe, so refunds and exchanges are not offered at this time for undamaged orders.

 

Items Damaged in Transit.

If your product is received damaged, or you receive the wrong order, you should notify us by emailing danettebrown1209@gmail.com with 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. And we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you promptly after review. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your your item.

 

Items Not as Described.

If your product is received not as describe, defective or you receive the wrong order, you should notify us by emailing danettebrown1209@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the items. And we will be happy to arrange a replacement for you promptly after review. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
